To be completed before launch, ideally checked by a lawyer or a data protection generator. This site stores health-adjacent, sensitive information, so the privacy policy matters.
What it has to cover
- Who is responsible (same details as the imprint) and how to reach them.
- Accounts: email address and password, or sign-in with Google or Apple (which data those providers pass on).
- Profile data: name, country, city, languages, ways to talk, topics, the text a man writes about himself. Visible to all signed-in users.
- Contact data: email and phone, only shared with the other man after a request is accepted.
- Requests and their messages, visible only to the two men involved.
- Processor: Supabase (database and login), the region you chose for your project, and the data processing agreement (DPA) with Supabase.
- Hosting provider of the website and the server logs it keeps.
- No tracking, no cookies beyond the login session stored in the browser; fonts are hosted on this site.
- Legal bases (consent, contract), storage period, deletion via “Delete account”, and the rights of users (access, correction, deletion, complaint to a supervisory authority).
